How to find the Scythe Blade
To find the Scythe Blade, explore the Forgotten Commune and keep an eye out for blue candles on the ground. Follow their trail and you’ll find a big altar with bodies on it, surrounded by more of these candles. You must attack and destroy the altar, as well as any mobs that spawn and come towards you to get the Scythe Blade.

How to find the Scythe Hilt
