You can unlock this quest when you reach Level 3 Friendship with Elouisa. Once you reach this level, talking with Elouisa will trigger this quest. Your main goal is to catch 5 star quality uncommon fishes for Elouisa’s studies.
You can actually start fishing at any of the water bodies found in Bahari Bay. However, to increase your chances a bit more, try the following locations:
- Kilima Village
- Pheonix Falls
- Mirror Pond Ruins
- Reflection Fields
- Fisherman’s lagoon
- Whispering Banks
You can also capture fishes that are greater than uncommon, so there is a wide variety of fishes you can focus on. And also take into account the time as some fishes only come out either during the day or the night.
