Wild Hearts is an action role-playing video game published by Electronic Arts under its EA Originals label and developed by Omega Force. In this guide, we will take you through how to get Wild Hearts pet kemono seed.

The game is set in Azuma, a fantasy world inspired by feudal Japan, and tasks players with hunting massive monsters called Kemono. While Azuma is not an open world, players can explore several large areas freely.

Released on February 17, 2023, Wild Hearts is available on PlayStation 5, Windows, and Xbox Series X/S. Let’s find out how you can get Wild Hearts pet kemono seed!

How to get Wild Hearts pet kemono seed

To obtain Pet Kemono Seeds in Wild Hearts, you need to capture specific creatures found in various areas of Azuma. These creatures are known as Tiny Kemono and can be caught and kept as pets in your Dragon Pit. To catch a kemono, sneak up to any squirrel, viper, or ladybug and press the “Catch” key when the prompt appears to capture them.

Once captured, you can place these pets in a Wildlife Cage Dragon Karakuri, which is a special craft structure that generates Pet Kemono Seeds and other items after you return from a battle. You can hold as many pets as you want, but you will need a separate Wildlife Cage for each one if you want to continuously receive items from them. After each major battle, check your cages for seeds. You’ll have to fight large Kemono in order for your caged pets to drop additional items.

There are over 20 different Tiny Kemono you can capture, each with its own crafting material drop. However, capturing any squirrel, viper, or ladybug will give you a Pet Kemono Seed. The following is a list of these creatures and their respective locations in Azuma:

  • Berrybright Squirrel: Found in Harugasumi Way
  • Canecrown Viper: Found in Harugasumi Way
  • Orangetufted Constrictor: Found in Natsukodachi Isle
  • Cherrytinge Ladybug: Found in Akikura Canyon
  • Frostberry Squirrel: Found in Fuyufusagi Fort
