You can get the recipe for Stuffed Phoenixfire Pepper from Reth at the Cooking Guild Store. The recipe will cost over 2,000 Gold, so if you are broke, acquiring it might be a little tough. The following are all the items required for this dish:

  • Egg (1)
  • Flour (1)
  • Any Red Meat (1)
  • Spicy Pepper (2)
  • Spice Sprouts (1)
  • Cooking Oil (1)

You will also need a Standard Stove, a Prep Station, and a Mixing Station. As you can see, this dish mainly requires Spicy Peppers instead of Tomatoes.
