You can access it after reaching level 25 in Floating Ruins and also after completing the Sour But Sweet main quest. Once you have done all this, travel to the Frozen Plateau Mountains and enter the Scorched Caverns.

- Hammered Gold Seal — 1 Gold Seal and 8 Rough Diamond
- Engraved Gold Seal — 1 Gold Seal and 8 Rough Obsidian.
