Without further ado, let’s find out what it takes to begin Diablo Immortal fishing!
How to go fishing in Diablo Immortal
The first thing to keep in mind is that you need to reach level 43 and also buy bait. Each fishing attempt uses one piece of bait, and they can only buy 200 pieces of bait each day from a Fisher. Players can hold up to 100 pieces of bait in their inventory, so they need to use it carefully.
Once you have bait, you can choose where to fish in the lake, as zones will appear on the map. A timer appears at the top of the screen with fish icons. As fish nibble at the bobber in the water, the timer fills up with white, blue, and gold-colored fish icons. On casting your line into the water, your bobber will gently float on the surface, waiting for a fish to take a bite. As you wait, you can observe the timer slowly filling up. It will pass by each of the three fish icons, indicating that a fish is nibbling at your bait.
It’s your decision when to reel in your line. The longer you wait, the higher the chances of catching a rare fish. However, keep in mind that if you wait too long, the fish will grow restless and swim away. Once caught, the fish will go directly into your inventory, ready for you to cook, sell or keep as a trophy.
