The following are all of the ten memoir spot locations:

• Alley: Go to the end of the alley between the General Store and the Church. After the cutscene, sit on the barrel, and you will find the memoir spot.
• Roof: Enter the clock tower, climb, and take the left stairway. Follow this path to the roof and you will find the red ink bottle.
• In front of the mansion: Before you enter the mansion, you will see a couple of crates with a red ink bottle.
• Inside the mansion: You will find two chairs and a table. Sit on the one on the left.
• Outside the Scum Bar: You will find a couple of barrels, crates, and a red ink bottle.
• Inside the Scum bar: You will find a red ink bottle on top of the barrel right next to a small seat.
• Docks: Go to the shore near the docks, and you will find some crates with a red ink bottle near them.
• Street Corner: Near the guards will find the spot.
• Jail: Inside the jail, you will find a table with a red ink bottle.

From all of this, you probably have figured out that the red ink bottle is the sign of the memoir spot. Hopefully, knowing all of these locations beforehand will give you a good headstart.
