How to upgrade max health and bile flasks in Blasphemous 2

There is one particular NPC that you need to visit in order to upgrade your health and flasks. You can find her next to the City, past the Confessor, going down a ladder before the shop. You need to bring her Empty Chalices, Mirror Shards and Receptacles that you find in the game.

The Empty chalices will improve your max health points, the Mirror Shards can be used to improve the healing powers of the flasks. Finally, the Receptacles will give you more bile flasks to use.

Your bile flasks will max out at six and they can be upgraded with four different mirror shards. Your max health points will be 300 as well. If you’re unsure of how many to collect, the woman will tell you anyway when you have brought her the maximum amount of shards, chalices or receptacles. She’ll simply say “I cannot upgrade this anymore”.
