To purchase a broom, you will need to wait until your second day at Hogwarts. After completing the Jackdaw’s Rest quest, you will be able to buy your first broom at Spintwitches Sporting Needs.

You can upgrade your broom later in the game, too! First, let’s learn about the Hogwarts Legacy broom customization options.

What are the broom customization options in Hogwarts Legacy?

In Hogsmeads, you will be able to purchase your first broom in-game. Simply speak to Albie at Spintwitches Sporting Needs, and he will give you some options. There are five types of brooms that you can choose from, and they cost 600 Galleons each. 

Here are the five brooms that you can buy in Hogwarts Legacy:

• Ember Dash Broom
• Hogwarts House Broom
• Moon Trimmer Broom
• Wind Wisp Broom
• Yew Weaver Broom

You can pick one of these five options for the base design of your broom. To customize the look of your broom, you can purchase various Gear. These include gloves and robes, and can help you to increase your stats. You can also unlock some upgrades through side quests. This will boost the broom’s acceleration and speed.
