If you get a car that you already own in a Wheelspin, then the game gives the option to sell that duplicate for a set amount of money. That is the only way to directly sell a car and instantly get money for it, so be careful when the option pops up if you don’t want to lose that precious possibility.

Otherwise, there is the Auction House. Just go to it, select the car you want to auction (make sure you’re not driving it!), select the full price you’d like, the amount of time the auction should run and then just wait for someone to bid or buy it full price. If no one buys it, the auction will lose and you can try again if you wish.

Finally, if you really don’t want to see a car in your garage, there is the option to delete it from the game (you get nothing so be wary) or gift it to certain types of players that you can choose from. You cannot gift it to a specific player, just give out a random gift to a person, with a possible message to go with it as well.
