Many gamers have been wondering if they are able to play with their friends on other consoles, it’s definitely not fun to go at it alone, right? Of course there is also the single player mode, but there is more fun to be had when racing together with friends.

Does Forza Horizon 5 support cross play?

There’s definitely good news here. So, Forza Horizon 5 does support cross play in its Xbox and PC versions. Players on both platforms should have no problem playing the game between themselves.

Now for a little bit of bad news, Forza Horizon 5 unfortunately does not support cross play on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation consoles. But there is a simple reason for that: the game was not converted on other platforms. Perhaps it will be available in the future, even though we would be most doubtful.

The reason for that, well, is that Forza was published by Microsoft. The company is clearly not very interested in expanding their audience beyond the platforms that they own, so their Microsoft Game Pass service which supports only Xbox and PC, of course.
