- Cardinal: The Cardinal is an enemy that looks very similar to the Deacon, albeit with an abnormally huge left arm instead of a weapon. It belongs to the Cultists enemy faction.

- Brain of Darkness: The Brain of Darkness represents hopelessness. It is the final boss fight at the end of the Mountain through the Cathedral. Four locks that represent lamentation, regret, wasting, and despair will trap you. To win this battle, you must clear these locks.
