Everybody’s favourite JRPG Chained Echoes has lots of nooks and crannies to explore within its vast open world. From desert islands to dark mines, you can find collectables like the Chained Echoes Elemental Tablets all along the way.
And because there are a bunch of Chained Echoes Elemental Tablets, we’ve put together a handy guide that will help you find them all. But, be warned – you will need to defeat some bosses and some of them can only be accessed at certain points in the game.

Chained Echoes Elemental Tablets locations
There are a total of six elemental tablets to find in Chained Echoes. The Elemental Tablets are wind, earth, water, fire, light, and dark. But, they’re all in different places around the game’s world, so here is where you can find all of the Chained Echoes Elemental Tablets:
Earth Elemental Tablet location
You can find the Earth Tablet in the eastern part of Ograne Grottos. To get the tablet, all you have to do is defeat the Randomage boss you find here in battle and you will get the Earth Tablet.
Wind Elemental Tablet location
You can only obtain the Wind Tablet once you are in the late-game part of Chained Echoes. The Water Tablet is located in the northeastern part of the world map, next to an island that has a kraken attacking a ship. Once you’re on the island, head right, defeat all enemies and open the chest you find there to obtain the Wind Tablet.
Fire Elemental Tablet location
The Fire Tablet can be found in the eastern part of Ograne Grottos. After defeating Chel and Twi’Tone in this area, then follow the path that leads you out of the caves and to the Oasis. Once you’re at the Oasis, head directly south and you’ll stumble upon the Fire Tablet.
Water Elemental Tablet location
The Water Tablet can be found in the eastern part of Ograne Grottos. When you’re in the Ograne Grottos, you need to backtrack to the Farnsport sewers. Here, you’ll find the Boutrous boss. Simply defeat this boss and you’ll obtain the Water Tablet.
Light Elemental Tablet location
The Light Tablet is located in Perpetua in the northeastern area of the game’s overworld. You need to head here and defeat the Assassin Girl. Once you’ve done this, you can pick up the Light Tablet that she was guarding.
Dark Elemental Tablet location
The Dark Tablet is located in the mines in Rockbottom. Backtrack to the area where you saw goblins morph into humans and you’ll find the Dark Tablet laying around waiting for you to pick it up with your grubby little hands.
