High on Life, the latest comedy game from Justin Roiland of Rick and Morty fame, has lots of secrets hidden away in its code and more yucks than you can shake a stick at, like NPC asking you to wait around for them, but what happens if you wait an hour in High on Life when Douglas asks you to?
There is a specific mission in High on Life that has you don a disguise and infiltrate the enemy’s lair. Whereupon they ask you to stand around and wait. Is this necessary, or just Roiland’s sense of humour? is it worth your time to stay glued to the spot or should you continue on with your quest?
Below, you’ll find everything we know about What happens if you wait an hour in High on during the Douglas Bounty mission.
What happens if you wait an hour in High on Life?
You do not get anything special for waiting the full hour in the Douglas Bounty mission, so it isn’t worth waiting for.
During the Douglas Bounty mission, you will be asked to infiltrate the G3 in disguise to track down Douglas. You will pose as a new recruit and have to complete training tests. One of these occurs when you are shown a video of Douglas where he asks you to wait for a full hour.
If you choose to wait around for the full hour, you will be rewarded with some additional dialogue from Douglas congratulating you on being a model trainee. However, you do not get any achievements for giving up an hour of your life to High on Life.
Eventually, the door opens, but then it breaks and closes again. Douglas then tells you that you have to wait for someone to repair it.
