The location of the quest is the Cemetery Area. If you are familiar with the Whack A Mole game in general, you will know that you need to use a hammer to hit moles as they appear from the ground. They will, then, return underground quickly, so you need to have fast reflexes and catch them all.

However, in the game, you will need to play Whack A Mole with an actual human being. The guy will be the mole, and the goat acts as the hammer that you have to use. To begin this quest, make your way to the Cemetery Area and look for the holes in the ground.

When you see the man resurfacing, you need to headbutt him quickly. You will need to do this a few times as the difficulty, thus the speed, will gradually increase. Keep up with the hammer hits and complete the quest.
