To get the Star Eagle spaceship in Starfield, you will need to join the Freestar Collective faction. You can do this by heading to Akila City in the Cheyenne system and completing the Job Gone Wrong quest. To trigger this quest, travel to the Galbank building.

Finish this quest and become a member of the Free Star Collective faction. Then, complete the entire Freestar Rangers questline, including The Hammer Falls quest. Once you do this, you will get the Star Eagle spaceship as a reward.

Land the Star Eagle at any space sport, and talk to Starship Services. Change your home ship to Star Eagle. Remember, when you do this, your entire crew will be transported to this ship. This is how you basically make Star Eagle your home ship.
