In this village-building simulator, whether you are able to put food on your table depends entirely on your ability in growing seeds and crops. But it is dangerous to go alone, so take this guide. We will take you through everything you need to know about the Roots of Pacha crops

Since the game is prehistoric-themed, finding seeds is not as simple as going to the store like in other farming games. However, this just adds to the challenge and excitement of the game.

How to grow crops in Roots of Pacha

First things first, you need to find wild plants in their native areas. Harvesting wild plants provides one Wild-quality crop and one seed specific to that plant. Foraged plants are shown on the map and can be harvested every few days.

Once you have obtained the seed, head back to the Village and plant it in the fields on the left side. Make sure to water the seeds using the Waterskin and use the Handaxe to clear out any debris. However, there are a few things you need to keep in mind. Crops gathered from the Village’s farm will not provide you with seeds. Additionally, crops and plants out of season will instantly disappear from the farm.

To learn more about plants, your clan needs to harvest crops. Roots of Pacha has 5 crop quality levels: Wild, Normal or Domesticated, Good, Better, and Best. Each level is represented by an icon: Wild, Normal or Domesticated, Good (a black circle), Better (an orange triangle), and Best (a yellow plus sign).

To make things go faster or get certain seeds, buy them from Igrork after you make the Plant Nursery. Keep in mind that not all seeds or crops can be obtained and grown in the Village. Instead, they can be found all over the game’s areas. So, keep exploring and expanding your horizons to find all the different types of seeds and crops Roots of Pacha has to offer.
