How to solve the church key puzzle in Resident Evil 4 Remake 

The first thing you need to do to begin solving is to activate the puzzle. For this, you will need to find a switch on the wall to the left of the podium, and flip it. A panel with a Red and Green Dial will come into view, with one of the Dials on the far left missing. 

The missing Blue Dial is located nearby. You can find it in a cupboard at the back of the room after heading past the pews and taking a left around the corner.

Once you have the Blue Dial, you can place it in the panel and start solving the grand stained glass puzzle. The first step is to rotate the Green Dial until the green glass fits the top of the Las Plagas symbol. Next, move the Blue Dial until the edges of the blue glass line with the lower right limb. Finally, rotate the Red Dial to fill in the gaps, completing the puzzle.
