How to get Dreamcatcher in Remnant 2
You can get Dreamcatcher by interacting with Nightweaver and placing the Nightweaver Stone Doll inside the intricate web woven. Does it sound simple? Well, it’s a bit more complicated than it might sound.
Here is the step-by-step instruction on how to do that:
Step 1: Journey to the Morrow Parish Sanatorium in Losomn
To embark on your pursuit of the Dreamcatcher, your first destination lies in the Morrow Parish Sanatorium nestled within the enchanting city of Losomn. Getting there involves progressing through the game until you arrive at Losomn and gain access to Morrow Parish within your instance. Alternatively, for those seeking a more expedited route, one can reroll an Adventure Mode game until stumbling upon the desired location. It’s important to note, however, that you must have already completed Losomn at least once to unlock this method.
Step 2: Unearth the Stone-Carved Dolls
Inside the Sanatorium, your primary objective is to locate three Stone-carved Dolls, which are crucial for obtaining the Dreamcatcher. These dolls have fixed spawn locations within the Sanatorium. Let’s delve into the specific whereabouts of each doll:
- First Stone-carved Doll: Search for an open room on the first floor of the Sanatorium. Between two empty bookshelves, you’ll find the doll lying inconspicuously.
- Second Stone-carved Doll: Make your way to the front yard of the Sanatorium by traversing through the basement. However, before the second doll appears, you must defeat the Ripsaw miniboss hiding inside a wooden shack.
- Third Stone-carved Doll: On the third floor of the Sanatorium, locate the second room. Behind a wooden partition, you’ll discover the final Stone-carved Doll resting on the ground.
While you’re in the Sanatorium, it’s advisable to retrieve the Prison Cell Key as well. You can find it on the balcony, accessible by jumping out of a broken window in the first room on the third floor.
Step 3: Confront Dr. Morrow and the Nightweaver Stone Doll
Once you have collected all three Stone-carved Dolls, proceed to the basement of the Sanatorium. Locked within one of the cells, you will find Dr. Morrow. Deliver the dolls to her, and she will reward you with the Nightweaver Stone Doll. At this point, it becomes evident that Dr. Morrow may not be who she seems, as you will hear a scream upon opening the cell door, only to find the Nightweaver Stone Doll left behind.
Step 4: Encounter Magister Dullain or the Red Prince
Continue progressing through the game until you reach the Shattered Gallery. Here, you will encounter either Magister Dullain or the Red Prince as a formidable opponent. Defeat them in combat, and afterward, you will stumble upon a Nightweaver attacking a lifeless body. On the body lies the Soulkey Tribute, a crucial item for your upcoming endeavors.
Step 5: Reach the Tormented Asylum
To proceed, you must advance through the game until you acquire the Nightweaver’s Web. Once obtained, you can insert the Soulkey Tribute into the web, which will subsequently transport you to the Tormented Asylum.
Step 6: Place the Nightweaver Statue in the Cobweb
Upon arriving at the Tormented Asylum, proceed forward until you reach the first cell on the left. Inside, you will come across a cobweb. Interact with the cobweb and present it with the Nightweaver Statue. In return, you will be rewarded with the coveted Dreamcatcher melee weapon.
