There are two different methods you can try to find glow worms in Palia. The first one is to visit Einar’s Fishing Guild Store. You can get a Glow Worm for 10 fishing medals, but you also need to have your character at Level 10 fishing.

The second one is a little more time-consuming but great for the long run. You will need to get a Glow Worm Farm recipe for harvesting Glow Worms from Elnar. It will cost you 2000 Gold and you will need to be at Level 7.

To craft the Glow Worm Farm, you will need Flow-infused Plank (12), Stone Brick (8), Iron Bar (4), Leather (8), and a Worktable.

So, you might need to do some grinding for this Glow Worm Farm. Once it’s built, it will take a real-life hour for the items to get processed and you will need to put in crops to yield high-quality baits.
