How to complete the tavern troubles quest in One Piece Odyssey

At the Water Seven City Area, you’ll find a Girl minding the shop who is Proprietress Lucie. You will need to talk to three NPCs in the first area, which is the Restaurant with Cats. You can find this interesting establishment just south of the Water Seven City Area.

The NPCs that you need to talk to have blue markers over their head, so that makes it easy for you to spot them. Talk to all three NPCs and they will tell you why they love the shop so much. Once you have all the information, go back to Lucie. 

This time, Lucie will ask you to fetch a special perfume from Nanohana. You will need to make your way to the Perfume Shop and speak to the Aroma Store Keeper. She is a rather nice lady who will give you the Men’s Cologne, completely free of charge.

Return to Lucie, and give her the perfume. That’s all you need to do to finish the Tavern Troubles quest in One Piece Odyssey. As a reward, Lucie will give you an Aroma Ring and 36,000 Berries.
