Octopath Traveler 2 boasts of having numerous side stories, which players have been enjoying. In this guide, we will take you through one of the quests, which is Octopath Traveler 2 lighthouse restoration.
The task involves two things. One of them is to fix the broken lighthouse in Canalbrine. The other is to get a boat and find the right person to accompany you.
We will show you how to do both of these tasks in this guide. Keep reading to find out how to complete Octopath Traveler 2 lighthouse restoration!
How to complete lighthouse restoration in Octopath Traveler 2
To start the quest, you need to talk to the person in front of the Canalbrine lighthouse. The next step is to add Partitio to your party and purchase a boat in New Delsta Harbor: Anchorage. Once done, you can head north to Lighthouse Island, which is directly above the Canalbrine lighthouse.
If you have other characters in your party aside from Partitio, you will notice that the Island Lighthouse Keeper has an Aelmorite Reflector in his inventory. However, stealing or mugging it with characters like Throne or Osvald is not possible. Also, guiding the person to the Canalbrine lighthouse will not complete the quest. In fact, you need to buy the Aelmorite Reflector from the lighthouse keeper for 1,500 leaves. You’ll have a fairly easy time getting the required amount of leaves, because there’s a chest on the island that contains 12,000 leaves.
After purchasing the Aelmorite Reflector, you can now head back to Canalbrine lighthouse to complete the quest. This will reward you with 12,000 leaves, which means you get your money back! You’ll also get a Lighthouse Keeper’s Bandana, and a Tough Nut (L).
