How to get the champions belt in Octopath Traveler 2

To start the Tourney Champion quest, you’ll need to speak to the Worried Woman to the right of the entrance stairs in Montwise. She will ask you to stop her friend from entering the arena, as she is concerned that he might get hurt. This friend of hers is the Fainthearted Youth, who can be found at the arena in Montwise.

Once you speak to the Fainthearted Youth, use an information-based Path Action to learn that he is in love with his childhood friend. Presumably, this friend is the Worried Woman who gave you the quest.

To progress, you will need to use an incapacitating Path Action such as Soothe, Ambush, Challenge, or Provoke to knock out the Fainthearted Youth. Once he’s unconscious, the character whose Path Action you used will take his place in the arena.

You will then need to fight Yurinas one on one, which can be quite challenging as Yurinas has 30,000 HP and 6 shield. However, she is weak to Sword/Dagger/Axe/Ice/Wind. Once you have defeated her, you will get the champions belt. Yurinas will remove her helmet and reveal herself as the Worried Woman, who gave you the quest.
