Here’s how you can defeat Red Prince in Remnant 2
Knowing this boss’s abilities will give you a big advantage. Remember to equip health-boosting Rings like the Hex Ring so that you can survive the Curse Blight. You can find this boss at the Gilded Chambers and if you decide to fight this boss head-on, then the following are some of the attacks that you need to keep in mind:
- Curse Blight: Lowers your maximum HP threshold.
- Flame Swords: Flaming swords fly toward you.
- Flame Crescent: Homing projectiles
- Teleport Strike: Red Prince will teleport near you if you move further away and slash you.
- Infernal Tornado: When you reduce Red Prince’s health to 50%, it will start a tornado
- Knights of the Round: This ability summons multiple specters.
When the boss attacks you with the Infernal Tornado, run towards the center of the room as this is only a safe spot. And of course, carefully use dodge rolls. By doing all of this together, you will definitely defeat the Red Prince in no time.
Alternative method to defeat Red Prince
Now it’s time to learn the other way to “defeat” the Red Prince. Basically, if you offer three Crimson King Coins as tribute, you will be able to skip this boss battle. These coins are dropped by Sword Fae elites. So, when it comes to reward, if you defeat the Red Prince in a conventional way, you get a Tome of Knowledge, 3 Lumenite Crystal, Forlorn Fragment, and Scrap.
And if you manage to kill the Red Prince with the Assassin’s Dagger, you will get the Crown of the Red Prince. But If you choose the tribute route, then you get a Trait point and Bloody Steep Splinter.
