Stardew Valley – how to harvest beans

Clearly, in order to harvest beans, first you need to learn how to grow them! Most plants in Stardew Valley grow only at a specific time. Beans grow from Bean Starter and ten days to mature. It grows during the spring and keeps producing after three days.

To grow them, first hoe down the ground and prepare the field. You can use fertilizer to improve your chances of success, but this is optional. Next, you need to put your seed on the ground where you hoed the field. Make sure to water down the field with your watering can. If you have sprinklers, you still need to water down the field for the first day, but not for the rest of the days.

After planting, it will take ten days for your Green Beans to mature. During this time, you need to water your crops every day – unless you have sprinklers. Once your crops are fully grown, you will be able to tell by going close to them. You will see a green cross over a plant, which means you can gather it. The look of the plant will also change when it’s ready, and you will be able to see the fruits or vegetables on the ready crops.
