You can find Fruit Gold Coin after eliminating the Black Rabbit Brotherhood boss at the end of Chapter 5. From the Malum District Town Hall Stargazer, go into the building in front of you. There, you will find an elevator and use it to reach the top. There you will find Giangio; this should be your second encounter with him.

Thus, you can use these Gold Coin Fruits to buy Wishtones from Giangio. Each of the Gold Coin Fruits will take 10 minutes to grow back. However, you can make this process faster with the help of Alchemical Booster.
You can also use Gold Coin Fruit to interact with Saintess of Mercy Statue and respec your attributes, Legio Arm Upgrades, and even P-Organ upgrades. To unlock this area with the statue, you will need to eliminate Champion Victor.
