In order to get Anna to join your party, you’ll have to find her during the Paralogue “Mysterious Merchant”, just select Alear and talk to Anna at the Bandit’s Hideout. She will be inside the chest in the middle, south of where you’ll have the battle.

Be careful since you can’t go back to talk to her i you decide to skip it and do it later. Once you’ve noticed the chest, just have Alear get close to her and interact.

Her best skills and abilities in Fire Emblem Engage

Anna has a base stat HP of 29 with Str at 10 and Dex at 9. She will be best put at use as a High Priest (she can use the self-healing ability to good effect) or as a Warrior (with the Merciless skill she can deal +50% damage to units which are broken). Her personal skill Make a Killing will allow her to obtain, sometimes, 500G when defeating a enemy unit.
