With the Phantom Liberty expansion, you can now enjoy the entirely revamped skill tree and an interesting new addition to it, Relic Skills. To unlock these skills, you will have to find Militech Data Terminals littered throughout Dogtown. But if you are having trouble finding them, then this article will provide you with all the locations of the Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty relic points.

Relics are a new part of the skill tree, and instead of grinding them out, you will have to rely on your observational skills and go into areas that may be filled with enemies to find MIlitech Data Terminals. This is a more adventurous way of leveling up, that’s for sure.

Locations of Militech Data Terminals in Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty

You will get the six relic points from Songbird just by progressing through Phantom Liberty’s story. Specifically, when you complete the Dog Eats Dog and Birds with Broken Wings quests. There are a total of 15 relic skills, so you will have to find 9 Relic points via exploration. 

The following are all the Militech Data Terminals in Dogtown:

• Voodoo Boys Building: This building is on the eastern side of Dogtown. It is full of Voodoo Boys, so get ready to fight. To find the Militech Data Terminal, you must get inside this stronghold and then go up the stairs to the upper floor. There, keep moving forward; the terminal will be in the left-side corner behind a pillar.
• Dogtown Tunnels: On the southeastern side of Dogtown, just right of the Tarot Card location. You will find a Militech Data Terminal below a tunnel. You will have to jump over a small steel barrier.
• ESC Explorer Hall: After fast traveling to Terra Cognita, start moving to the right side and reach the southern side of Dogtown. There, you will find a giant Massdrive building. Go inside it, and near the entrance on the left side are some escalators. Climb up. Then, keep going forward until you reach a room on the left side with some mannequins. You will find the Militech Data Terminal there. You will also have to find a lot of enemies.
• Parking Lot: South of Kress Street Hideout, you will find a giant parking lot. Go up the yellow stairs, and you will see the Militech Data Terminal next to a Graffiti. This place is situated to the left of the giant spherical structure on the map.
• Kress Street: On the right side of the Kress Street Fast Travel point, you will find a Militech Data Terminal in the corner.
• Barghest Stronghold: After you get out of your Kress Street Hideout apartment, start traveling right through an alley. You will soon encounter a Barghest stronghold with several guards near a gate. You will have to infiltrate this place. Keep shooting enemies and keep going deeper into the stronghold till you reach an area with a door on your left side. You can open it up with 15 Technical Ability and you will find the terminal inside the room. Alternatively, you can jump down into the crates area on the right and find an “Exit” trap door on the floor. Jump down and crouch through the pipe area below until you reach a ladder. Climb up, and you will find the Militech Data Terminal.
• Abandoned Building: In the middle of Dogtown, there will be a destroyed Caliente building. Go up the stairs and start climbing from the area near the giant Hotel Casino signage. You will reach a floor with a crashed vehicle. There, you will find a Militech Data Terminal.
• EBM Petrochem Stadium: In this stadium, you will have to start walking to the northern side. Walk through the market and go past the red containers; you will reach a staircase on the right side. Climb up the staircase, and you will find the Militech Data Terminal.
• Apartment Complex: On the northwestern side of the Heavy Hearts building, you will find an old apartment building. There are stairs that lead up to the upper floor. Climb up the stairs and take a left and then a right. You will find a Militech Data Terminal there.
