Stranded Deep: Cooking Food Guide

There are limited resources on the islands in Stranded Deep, so you will need to learn how to make the most of them. Food is a necessary element of any survival game, as consuming food is essential for survival. 

Eating raw food will make you sick, so you need to cook them first. You can cook with fire in Stranded Deep, for which you need to build a Campfire. Campfires are an excellent source of heat and light, and they keep you warm at night. They are used for cooking as well, and can be upgraded. 

The only materials that you need to build a Campfire are some Sticks. You can collect them from the ground as they fall from nearby trees. You can also cut down a Tree and chop its trunk with a Refined Knife to get Sticks.

Once you have four Sticks, you will be able to craft the Campfire. With two more sticks, you will be able to make Kindling to light the fire. Now, finally you will be able to eat something. Note that you will need to skin the food, for example, a fish, first before you can cook it over the fire.
