These contracts can be accessed from the contract boards present in the Hidden Ones bureaus that you can find in Baghdad. The first one you are going to find will be in Harbiyah. After that, there are three more in Abbasiyah and Karkh.
You can use Enkidu to find them all. So, after you get inside them, you can find the board on which contracts will be posted.
When you interact with the board, you can see all the available contracts and the rewards you will get for completing them. Accept the ones that you want to do. The contracts may also come with special requests that the contractors want you to perform during the mission.
If you consider their requirements, you will get bonus rewards. These requests will range from remaining undetected to executing a particular style of assassination.

And finally, if you complete a Soldier Contract, then you can use a Power Token to get help from the soldiers during combat, bribe guards, and decrease notoriety.
