Once you have unlocked the ship, you can travel to Frigit Isle and find the chest that contains the EXP Augmentor just east of the island. This is on the Northeast side of the map, just north of New Delsta Harbor: Anchorage.

To unlock the ship in Octopath Traveler 2, you will need to have Partitio in your party. Once this requirement is met, a cutscene will play and the quest “The Scent of Commerce” will begin. You can progress this quest by talking to the mechanic on the docks, just to the right of the large ship.

During the daytime, you can use Partitio’s talent to buy the ship from the mechanic for 100,000 coins. Once you have unlocked the ship, you can easily travel to Frigit Isle and obtain the EXP Augmentor.
