This quest is called Old Lady at the Window. You will encounter her at Rosa Isabelle Street Entrance. You will only see her silhouette, and as the name suggests, she will talk to you through the window.

Where to find the Wine in Lies of P?

You can find the Wine inside the Cellar present at Lorenzini Arcade. This is an area that gets unlocked after you defeat the King of Puppets boss. Getting to the Cellar is pretty tricky, as you will have to sprint a lot.

The following are the directions you need to follow to get to the Cellar:

• From the checkpoint, start sprinting through the corridor in which you can visibly see an enemy.
• When you get near that enemy, turn right. If the corridor is locked, you will need to unlock the gate with Lorenzini Arcade 1st Floor Key.
• Sprint through the corridor, and drop down to the hole, and reach the wine-flooded bottom.
• Inside the wine-flooded area, go to the right, and you should find a staircase going up.
• You will reach a bedroom, walk through it, and take a left. If the pathway is locked, you will need the Arcade Underground Passage Key to unlock it. You will find this key on a fountain in the opposite direction.
• Keep sprinting ahead, and then take another left.
• Take a right when you reach the dark cyan fog.
• You will enter a pub, take a left, and then take a right.
• Go down the stairs and then take a left. You may have to fight an enemy.
• After you defeat the enemy, you can find the Wine on cupboard near the staircase.

After you take the wine, just bring it back to the Old Lady. As a reward, you will get a Venigni Commemorative Coin.
