Unfortunately, you will not be able to change your house in the game after you have selected it.

The final decision is made by you during the Sorting Ceremony, and you won’t be allowed to change this decision in your playthrough. The most you can do is make a new character and start a new game. Thankfully, Hogwarts Legacy offers multiple save slots so you can have more than one game running at the same time.
