We get to relive all the best bits of our favorite childhood (and well, later) moments but by directly interacting with all these memorable characters! But we’re here to help players, so let us find out about the Disney Dreamlight Valley shine a light quest and how to complete it.
What is this all about? Well, this is a short quest that we are being asked to complete by Mother Gothel, with our main objective being about crafting the Sunlight Torches that we have to, then, place in the Mystical Cave, located on Dazzle beach.
So, let us try and find out how to craft the torches and complete the Disney Dreamlight Valley shine a light quest.
How to complete the Disney Dreamlight Valley shine a light quest?
First things first, we’ll have to speak to Mother Gothel (clearly!) as she’ll ask to perform the quest for her and give us 3 Forest’s Magic Sap. Then she tells us to go find the following materials to craft the torches:
- 3 Citrines (find them in Sunlit Plateau and Glade of Trust)
- 3 Garnets (find them in Peaceful Meadow)
- 3 Aquamarines (find them in Dazzle Beach and Forest of Valor)
- 60 Fiber (craft them with Seaweed)
- 45 Softwood (pretty much can be found anywhere)
Once you’ve collected all of these materials, just head to a crafting station and start constructing the three torches required by the quest. Then speak to Mother Gothel again and she’ll ask us to place them on the pedestals in Dazzle Beach. Just head there, place them, take a photo and bring said photo back to Mother Gothel. Quest completed!
