The item also appears in Krobu’s shop on Saturdays or in the travelling cart. You may also occasionally find the meal in the Skull Cavern treasure room.

Completing the Specialty Fish Bundle in the community center will also reward you with Dish O’ the Sea. Fulfilling the fish tank’s Master Fisher’s Bundle or Quality Fish Bundle is another way of obtaining one of these meals.
