Assassin’s Creed Mirage Warlord assassination guide

During the quest Den of the Beast, you will be required to assassinate a very powerful warlord who rules over Baghdad. This assassination mission will be tricky, as the warlord is situated within a tightly secured garrison full of enemies that you will have to deal with. So, if you are having a hard time completing this mission, then this article will provide you with a simple guide for assassinating the warlord in Assassin’s Creed Mirage.

To reach this great garrison, you will have to travel to the eastern side of Karkh. And to assassinate the warlord, you will have to infiltrate into this place and reach the warlord’s room. This is going to be quite challenging, as you will have to perform a lot of stealth.

How to eliminate the Warlord in Assassin’s Creed Mirage?

Entering the Garrison

  • On the right side of the main entrance. There will be several climbable crates. Use them to climb over the wall.
  • On the wall, there will be a guard. So, take him out.
  • Keep moving to the right and start walking on the wooden scaffolding.
  • Then, you will reach an area with more wooden scaffolding on the left side, climb over the scaffolding, and jump into the hay below. You are now inside the Garrison.

Getting into the inner Garrison area

  • Keep crouching, and make sure you don’t get spotted. There should be a steward nearby; go talk to him.
  • The steward will help you, so start following him. Again, you have to stay hidden while you do that.
  • There should be grass patches that you can use to keep yourself incognito.
  • Keep following the steward, and eliminate guards whenever they are in your way.
  • Try to stay above the steward instead of following him from behind.
  • You will soon reach the entrance to the inner Garrison, and he will be standing next to the door.
  • He will open the door for you.

Eliminate the guards and free the rebels

  • Once you walk through the door and enter the inner Garrison, a cutscene will begin.
  • After the cutscene ends, eliminate all the guards.
  • Ali will ask you to free all the rebels. And to do this, you will need the Warden’s key.
  • He will be near the courtyard. Use your eagle vision to find him and eliminate him. You will get the key.
  • Go back to Ali and free the rebels.
  • Speak to Ali and then light the beacon to draw out Wasif’s guards.
  • To get to this beacon, just climb over the boxes near the entrance to the rebel cells.
  • Climb the ladder, and on the top, you will find the giant beacon.

Assassinating the Warlord

  • Follow the objective marker to the trapdoor that leads to the Warlord’s room.
  • There will be a guard standing on the trapdoor. Eliminate him and enter.
  • Use your eagle vision to find the Warlord
  • Assassinate him.

This is how you eliminate the warlord. This mission is going to be very stressful, as you need to kill a lot of guards and reach his chambers pretty strategically.
