Luckily, yes Final Fantasy 16 is coming to Xbox. It has been confirmed by Sony itself in its latest State of Play video announcement. Final Fantasy 16 will be a PS5 exclusive only for six months from its release.

From what we know, the new Squaresoft RPG should be released in the Summer of 2023 and we are definitely looking forward to seeing what new ideas, characters and narratives the Japanese developer will think of this time around. We know that the story follows Clive Rosfield, a young trainee in blade mastering, called “the First Shield of Rosaria” and tasked to protect his younger brother Joshua. What adventures await the two brothers?

We are surely awaiting new and exciting news and from the first previews, the game is definitely looking like a new direction for the franchise. Are fans going to be happy or will it just disappoint?
